January 2026 Featured Artist of the Month

Congratulations to our BHHS January Featured Artist, Jami Becker!

Jami Becker, Class of 2028, has been selected as the BHHS January Featured Artist in recognition of his outstanding digital artwork. His featured piece beautifully captures the artistry, movement, and complexity of Olympic skaters Madison Chock and Evan Bates in a dynamic and expressive pose.

Jami has been self-taught in digital art for the past five years and credits his growth to both independent practice and formal instruction. He notes that last year’s drawing and advanced drawing classes, along with this year’s digital art course, have significantly strengthened his skills and artistic confidence.

Using a photograph as inspiration, Jami created this impressive piece entirely from a blank screen. He enjoys working digitally because the tools offer endless creative possibilities and allow him to bring his vision to life.
